The 64MT Portable baghouse is a state-of-the-art filtering system. This system includes a large particle knockout box to remove larger particulate before it enters the baghouse as well as an insulated epoxy coated filter chamber. Inside the filter chamber are high temperature filter bags with welded wire cages. These bags capture the finer particulate from the air stream. Pulse of air are used knock particulate off the bags and onto a highlift discharge system. This particulate is then returned to the kiln discharge conveyor.
